Anti-Spam Policy

Our Commitment

papaverAI Inc. ("papaverAI", "we", "us") prohibits the use of any domain or mailbox it operates for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam). This policy applies to all outbound email sent from domains operated by papaverAI Inc, including domains operated on behalf of clients.

Rules for All Outbound Email

1. Individually addressed correspondence only. Every message must be individually addressed to a specific, individually researched professional recipient with a plausible business interest in the subject of the message. Bulk, undifferentiated, or purchased-list mailings are prohibited.
2. Accurate sender identification. Every message must accurately identify the sender and the organization on whose behalf it is sent, with a valid reply address.
3. Opt-outs honored immediately. Any recipient request to stop receiving email, whether via an unsubscribe mechanism or a simple reply, is honored immediately and permanently across all domains and mailboxes we operate.
4. Finite contact sequences. Recipients who do not respond are not contacted further after a short, finite sequence of messages.
5. No deception. Message content must not be deceptive, must not use misleading subject lines, and must not disguise the commercial nature of the correspondence.
6. Deliberately low volume. Sending volumes are capped at low daily limits per mailbox to preserve one-to-one correspondence standards.
7. No third-party sending. Third parties and affiliates are not permitted to send email referencing domains operated by papaverAI Inc.
